It's been on every news channel in the UK, so I just thought I would ask just how much has H. Irene has effected people from myLot in America.
The last report said it was not as bad as expected , but, sadly people have still died.
American myLotters , how do you feel about the evacuations etc.
Have a safe day.

I live outside of Pgh. Pa. and we just got some wind. I have friends in Maryland though that live on an island. A tree went through their roof and the power is out. They were evacuated to the basement of a church for awhile, but are back home now. There was a lot of damage, but no one was hurt.
I was in Myrtle Beach when one hurricane hit. We were staying at a hotel, and were told to evacuate. My husband wanted to stay to see what it was like. We were with another couple and they wanted to leave, so being 3 against one, we left. Better to leave and be safe than to be sorry you chose to stay.

Hi I live on the West coast of America so we are not affected but in other states like North Carolina to New York and Floorida its been pretty bad from what I have heard.I really feel that peopple in danger that are told to leave should listen and evacuate to a safe locality. Nothing is worth losing your live over.things can be replaced lives cannot.
