Giving yourself a break

Hey guys, how do you give yourself a break. Let say for example, if you are very tired from work, from busy schedules, from school, from doing chores at home, etc., how do you give yourself a break? Personally, if I am very tired from work and feel stressed, I used to watch comedy movies. I just think that when watching funny movies, it helps my mind to relax and feel comfortable. Also, when I am really tired, I just slept for how many hours and then when I woke up, I ate some foods that are available in the kitchen LOL. I always remember this quote "work when it's work time, rest when it's rest time." Our body also needs to be re-energized and the only way to do this is to pay attention to our body. Our body signals us that it is time to take some breaks, but our mind is very good at convincing to ignore them LOL. How about you guys, how do you cope up with stress, how do you give yourself a break after a very long busy hours?

hi, our body and mind should also have time to rest and relax to avoid much stress that will make us ugly and unhealthy,when i feel that i am very tired and very stress,i will go to the bay,watch the wave of sea that greatly makes me relax and of course with my family while over their.

Watching shows, play games, chatting... Pretty much anything which relaxes my mind and doesn't really take too much energy and effort you do.

i give my self a break through sleeping, watching television, and eating the food i want. For me sleeping gives me a relaxing feeling, regenerates my body, and it fills the sleepless night hours of my work. I also like watching funny shows and as much as possible i avoid the news because it will stress me out. And what i always eat is ice cream, I see this as a reward for myself.
