I lost money in Entropay! Help me!

Hello all, I have started an online virtual credit card account in a website called Entropay. I have added few hundred dollars for my online shopping activity.
After my last purchase, I have noted that 74 USD left in my account. But I have left the account in active for almost two months. Now, when I casually checked that account again, noticed that 50 USD has been spent from my account to buy a membership from POKERSTAR website. This was totally shocking to me, because I didn't buy that membership and I don't even know how to play poker. Now I'm in a critical situation to answer my parents. I have requested the Entropay helpdesk, but no one cared to reply me even after two days. So, please anybody give me a solution.

I think your password must have been in other use. I mean are you sure that no one other logged in your account. I think that you might have logged in from a shared computer, may be from cyber cafe, and at the point of logging in your password must have been saved. And anyone other has used that. It may be possible. But If the site hasn't cheated you, Dont worry, you will get you money back. If not the site is a scam and cheater. Beware always when you are using a shared computer .

Hi all, I have requested their help desk and they replied within two days that they will file a complaint with POKERSTARS about this misuse of my credit card and eventually they brought back my 50$ back to my account.
They were really responsible and explained me that, it was not a fault from my side, since there was no account usage on that particular day. I thank them. Thank you for all your comments too.

@raja26 i'm also cheated by entropay !! they stole my 700 rs. I know that there's a chance to be cheated, so i kept my balance low about 883 RS something.. after generating the password from visa security check they show me the transaction failed but still they cut by balance from my ubi debit card. I think they stole my card details by some keylogger program. help me what to do??
