Why is life important?

In my view, life is one of the few things which are fair to every one. Whether a person is rich or poor, he or she only has one life in the world. To some extent life is just like a journey. To everyone the starting point and the destination are certain. But we have the right to choose the content of journey. We could choose to sleep in the train until it reaches the destination. We could also admire the scenery or talk with other passengers until the journey is over. I'm sure most people would like to choose the latter mode.

Hi zhawee, Yes, life is important. Everyone has a purpose in life, whatever that may be. Others are called to be a missionary, a soldier, a doctor, or a nurse. That is their purpose in life, to serve others. Life is precious. Value it. If you have the opportunity to help others, serve others, do good about it. We only have one path to take. It is so important that if you lose it, you will never get it back. So I'd say enjoy life to the fullest and make it a life well-lived.
