That would keep him from being overwhelmed by hearing prayers. He might not even be getting any now.

I disagree with your sin is equal as sin.
According to bible there are 2 types of sins they are venial and mortal so how can you prove to me that venial is equal to mortal sin?

God hears everyone prayers. There is nothing discrimination to Him.If He does not hear from sinful, then how they become good?
God's door is all time open for everyone.Everyone can pray when ever they want.Sinful person is also creature of God.So,He hears of his creation.

Yes, God hears the prayer of the sinful, but unless that sinful person is repenting of his sin, God has not obligated Himself to answer the prayer. As voracious quoted, "The lord is far from wicked, but he hears the prayer of righteous." That doesn't mean he can't hear their prayers, only that he hasn't promised to respond to them, as he has those who trust in him.

I believe God hears all kinds of prayers whether it is sinful, venial and mortal. Even from the criminals. I also believe that He can forgive those kind of people but it does not mean that people would not encounter any consequences or punishment while they are here on earth.

God will hear the prayer of the sinful if they are willing to ask forgiveness and never go back to their sinful life.

He hears everything, isn't that his god, however, he is not going to answer those prayers. After all the sinful always get their way, but not for long.

The Bible states that those who call upon the Lord will be saved (Romans 10:13).
If you want God to hear your prayers, you must respond to His call and be born again (John 3:16).
This is where repentance comes in and where you willfully give your life to Christ for keeps. You then becomes His child (John 1:12).
Through His complete work on the cross, you become righteous since He became sin for your sake.
According to James 5:16 the prayer of the righteous avails much.

We are all God's children regardless of our actions. God is beyond the petty things of mankind like getting angry over another's actions. God loves all His children Unconditionally. God sees it all and hears it all. Those who choose evil will have hard lessons to learn when it returns in time to show them what their actions mean. We choose our lessons through our free choices. If people who choose evil seem to get away with it,know that there is an eternity of time for lessons to be learned. Everyone will understand in time. Now if one prays to hurt another, I wouldn't count on God helping that to happen. I also believe God will give us anything we want as long as it doesn't interfere with our lessons or the lessons of others.

God makes no distinctions. He hears everybody prayers including those who have sinned against them. They could be praying for forgiveness and can you imagine if God would be closing HIs ears on them? Then He won't be called a forgiving God at all.

He certainly not only heard, but talked to enough "bad" people in the Bible. Often He even rewards such people. The Ancient religions overcame this inconsistency with multiple gods. Today we blame the Devil.
Ultimately, if you believe in the one God, then all things are God and He certainly hears and sees all.

Definitely. Our God is all abounding in everything. And He encompasses an infinite amount of mercy towards us all.
As they say, no matter how bad you are, our Lord loves us. And he readily forgives those who come to HIm for forgiveness.
