I have started watching bleach online and also bleach manga series for many days, both of them are on sync, then for a few days the story of both of them shifted after defeating Aizen they both went on either-ways in manga kurosaki was to activate his full bringer, while in anime it was zanpaktou rebellion. do you know why they adopted difference in story line, i thought it would be like the manga series are the base story of an anime series.

What you are watching is basically a filler arc. It's basically done to allow the manga to progress a bit more before more anime of it is made. I'm assuming that you only started this up recently. Because from what I remember when the Aizen arc ended there wasn't a lot of manga material for the anime to be based on. Don't worry about it, just watch whatever it is. The anime will get back on track soon when we get a bit more storyline from the Full Bringer arc that the manga is currently on. Hope that helped a bit. On a side note, all of the major anime titles have a bunch of fillers. Take Naruto for example, that whatever amount of fillers after the Sasuke retrieval mission is legendary.

Ya maybe, i think so. i thought it would be a great trouble for them to create double story line for both manga and anime. better to create one manga story line and based on it anime created, anyway for us reader it would be cool to read them cause both are based on something common.

Making fillers is just another money making tactic for the people behind the scenes - that means the mangaka, the producers and teh whole works. Anything that comes off as a spin-off of the manga or the original idea is a money making tactic - that includes making the anime series itself and the fillers if there is any. The main goal of the these tactics is to keep the manga's fan base or its other audiences to be interested in the story and the idea. If the audiences are still interested, they keep talking about the series and perhaps extend even into buying some stuff. Also, making fillers and changing some details offers new perspective on the series - which some fans want since the manga, which is basically the main story line, is often predictable. Making fillers and changing some things will make the story more interesting to the fan base, since the story is quite different from the main story line.

Anime filler is padding because they're not able to have access to the manga material, I.E. it hadn't been written or animated at the time.

True.. anime is quite different from a manga. The original is of course the manga. Anime is just based on the manga but there are episodes in the anime that is not in the manga since the are adding something what whey call FILLER. the Filler is what makes the anime run longer. Other fillers like in naruto are useless and just to slow down the anime. I don't like fillers.
