I got a nice book from a book sale the other day, it's called "Staying Sane When You're Dieting". It's really fun to read since it talks about peoples' funny experiences and opinions about dieting.
I can really relate to them and the book somehow makes me feel like I'm not alone with my attempt to lose weight.
How about you? What do you do to cope with stressful situations like, yeah--dieting?

Hi there! I kept my focus while I was trying to lose weight. There will be lots of temptation, naturally but when we've formed a strong habit it eventually becomes easy after a while. I've always believed that we can do everything once we put our minds into it!

Yes. I like it when I'm surrounded with good friends while I'm going through times like these. :)

Stressful situations? Hmmm. I live with stress. I have severe depression with panic attacks. I am what I call alergic to stress. First important thing to do is stay out of stressful situaitons. I will back up over a herd of raging elephants to get out of a stressful situation.
