What is the rudest someone has ever been to you? Can you recall a time? It seems harder for me to recall because so many people are rude these days. At least one person is rude to me everyday if I step foot out of my house. Either on the road, in the store, where ever I go. Not just to me but I see people be so rude to others also. Most people just let them, some are rude back. How do you handle situations like this? And what is the worse one that you have been in?

The one thing that stands out in my mind is my physical education teacher all the way from back when I was in elementary school. You see, when I was in the third grade I was involved in an accident that kept me in a wheelchair for over a month, a walking cast for about three months and then a brace on my ankle for the next six months. From the time that I broke my leg until I got out of middle school, he always called me hop-along. It was rude, and definitely unexcuseable for a teacher.

i remember one time. there was this lawyer who came to the window to pay for the fees i am collecting. when i was looking at his papers, trying to assess how much will i be collecting from him, he said, "stop looking at the papers and pretend to be a lawyer like me. you won't understand what that means, it's a work of a lawyer." we argued for minutes and later on, he turned his back and yells to me with derogatory words. i let him talk but i depended my side. since that day, he won't get near my place and will only send someone if he has another business with our office.

It seems to be that way everywhere, everytime. People just walking in the streets are rude to other people walking, or driving by.
Yesterday we were at an intersection waiting for the light to turn green, and a couple of guys on the corner were shouting curses and F-bombs to other people. It was a bit rude as I had children in the car who could hear them.

Some people are just plain rude. I guess they feel awful about themselves. I just try to ignore it as well as I could. It does get to me most of the times because I'm super sensitive but I try my best not to get it to me. It is the rudest thing that happened to me but the first thing that comes to mind is when I was 14, I was chubby back then, my schools heartthrob told me that he will ask me out if I will lose weight! I was shocked and did not know how to respond so I just ignored him. The next year when I lost the weight he ask me out but I turned him down haha. Revenge is a b...h.

I'm surrounded by rude people all the time, especially at school. Some of the girls who think they're on top of the world just push and shove their other girls around. There are students who are rude to the teachers by back talking and ignoring them. It's always the juniors that are commonly this way. The younger generations are simply pushing their boundaries these days.

I hate rude people and I cannot count how many people have been rude to me or how many times they have been rude to me either. I just mainly stay to myself now because of it. If someone is rude to me, I usually get rude right back now though because I am so tired of it.

Dear Natnickeep,
Good Topic
As you said, even I have seen these days, people are more sensitive and show their rudeness in just a fraction of second. Even in my case there are many examples. Sorry that I am not mentioning any one here. I dont want to give those people a place in mylot
Friend, though I am not mentioning who are/were rude to me, I would just like to share with you how we can handle such situation.
Yes, but to be frank, I admit that at times even I would have been rude to others. We cannot measure the level of rudeness. So it me a bit of rudeness to us, but it would have been a great level for others. So as a matter of fact, I apologize if I have hurt any body due to my rudeness.
Okie, if a person is showing their anger on you/others, just assume that you are wearing a head set virtually , just ignore what they do or how they react. These people will do too much if we react to that situation, so it is better to avoid or just assume that they are absent.
But this cannot be an excuse to your mind and heart , as it is them who got affected more. So what I suggest is to do meditation - to gain spiritual powers. It has very much positive effect. It brings you a great vibration in you. There are many things to bother in life personally, the meditation will make you so matured to handle the same situation in future.
It may be a bit tough initially to digest the situation, but later you would get a fruitful result.
Please try this way.
Happy Mylotting Friend !!!

I remember the time when I spilled the candle's melted wax to the dishes being catered in a memorial ceremony. Somehow the people knew it was me who spilled it because the dishes were just right in front. Back then, a lot of people were rude at me because by the time they knew they were eating wax, they've already put the food in their mouths.

Hello natnickeep,
Well every where I go there is someone rude at school, work, and when I go out, there is no escape for me, I talk to them in a politely calm way to show them that I don't have to be loud and rude like them because I was taught manners.
