I love shoes. Everyone who knows me...know this! Of course with all the shoes I have, there are also two or three pair that are my favorites that I wear constantly.
Most of them sandals/flipflops.
So I was really excited to go onto my daughter's Avon website and see the cutest pair of summer sandals on the clearance pages for $8! (If you want Kristen or Lauren's site to order a pair...send me a private message and I'll be happy to send it to you!)
One of the things that I like about Avon is that I can order from my daughter's no matter where they live, and have the order shipped directly to me. Most of the time there is a coupon to get free shipping if you order a certain amount. But, even if there's not, shipping is very reasonable!
Do you like shoes? I'd love to see a picture or a description of your favorite pair!

My favourite summer shoes are a pair of ultra cheap sandals I bought at Zellers. They are canvas, and have an elastic type support at the back, a canvas strip down the middle at the front, and little strips down the side to hold them (three per side). Unfortunately I have weird tans on my feet because of them, but they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. They were out of black ones last year, so I had to buy white ones. Unfortunately they're not white anymore. haha I need to buy new ones in the spring. They're cheap, so I try to buy a new pair every year.

I bought a really cute pair of turquoise leather sandals at PayLess last summer. I only got to wear them once, before I ended up giving them to my daughter. I can't wear anything with the elstic around the back. For some reason, this type of shoe will make my feet swell faster than any other. I was really upset because I loved those shoes.

I do love shoes. I also like flip flops and sandals because i live in Florida and wearing in closed toe shoes during the hot months of the year makes your feet so red by the end of the day and that is no fun. I just always wear my flip flops even at work or just going to the mall. THere comfortable even if doctors say they are bad for your feet. I would wear them all the time if i could, but sometimes there are times when i have to dress up and look good.

With my back problems, I wear flip flops, sandals and slip on shoes ALOT because my feet tend to swell. I bought a really cute pair of heels for Easter and I can't wear them much because they made my feet swell more than the doctors would like. I was trying to figure out what to wear to my daughter's pampered chef party Wednesday night. I think I'm going to wear a sundress and my Easter shoes! Hopefully since we won't be gone long...I can get by with them!

I do love shoes, but I have very few pair. In fact, the shoes I wear for pretty much everything, my "non church" shoes, are falling apart. They are a pair of cute flip flops, but one of the shoes is losing its sole. So when I walk, the toes on one foot are scrunching up trying to keep the sole in place on the shoe. It's really very funny going up the stairs. It was embarrassing because last month a woman in the dentist office made a comment about them. But I couldn't help it! I can't even buy the cheap flip flops at the dollar store because they don't have my size. Fortuantely, Septemeber first I get my check, and I'll be able to buy a new pair. I think I can get a nice pair that will last a while for fifteen dollars.
My sister has 34 pairs of shoes. I have four (2 pairs of church shoes, flip flops, and one pair of boots for winter). If I'm jealous of her for anything, it's because she has many shoes! lol

I have a pair of tennis shoes that I absolutely will not get rid of. My girls make fun of me because they are stretched out and faded and I've had to replace the strings because they keep breaking. I'm currently on the third pair of shoe strings.
I won't throw them out for several reasons. Number one, they are plaid and have several different colors in them, so they go with everything. Second, they are comfortable. I know they don't have much of an arch support, because they are simple canvas tennis shoes, but I've worn them so often, that they have become customized to my feet. Then third they are kind of like that favorite blouse, or jeans, or whatever piece of clothing...that some people have. There are so many memories attached to the shoes. My husband tells me that's kind of stupid, but hey... I'm a woman, I'm allowed to be mushy and sentimental sometimes.
For instance, Look at this photo of my feeding the squirrel. It was taken recently when hubby and I were on vacation. I opened the bag and this squirrel came out of nowhere! He was very excited. We had so much fun feeding him, and watching some of the kids that were on the tour with us feeding him/her as well. He got impatient and at one time snatched the peanut out of my hand because I wasn't shelling fast enough!

For some reason, it will not let me add the photo. I've tried a half dozen times and it keeps telling me:

I am planning to buy a shoes next week.
Actually I am looking from catalogue for new designs and wish to see one from the mall.
I want to see the product and have it fitted so I prefer to buy one from the mall than ordering from catalogues.
have a good day

I LOVE Shoes too! I think you're right. Even my little granddaughters already love shoes, and the youngest is just a year old. When my sister got married back in March, I bought all three of the grandkids new shoes for the wedding. When we tried Pate's on in the store, she didn't want to take them off! She keep pointing and saying "Pretty!! Pretty!!"
I finally had to ask the clerk if we could just cut the tags off and let her wear them out. We couldn't take them off her until she went to sleep!

I do love shoes but I am more into flats or ballet shoes. They're pretty and gives me a lot of comfort. I found this site and I just want to share it to you. You can try checking out www.lifo.com. It is an online hub for girls that let them have their own virtual closet, read and write about the latest fashion, beauty and celebrity trends.
