My nephew just confessed he's taking 400 mg a day. He's says he is off it now but he goes to work with only a little diaherea for his withdrawl. What I have read he would sick as a dog throwing up and legs cramping just like I have seen heroin addicts do. I think maybe he has cut down but is not clean. Can you beat this by just cutting back? Or does he have to go thru the cold turkey 5 day program to really be over the withdraws. Isn't 400 mg a really high amount? Is he going to have liver damage?
