Things to consider before you decide to live on your own

I'm always wonder how its is to live on my own. I wanted to move away from my parents home, why? because I wanted to know how is it like to live on my own. I envy my college friends because their staying in a boarding house and i show how mature they become. Now, I'm on my thirties, I wanted to know what should i considered before i live on my own? are there factors to consider? what are the cons and pros of living on your own? any advice is welcome. thanks

I moved out at 24. If I hadn't I would be still livng at home! I am 49 now! When I first moved out I was in love and moved in my boyfriend who I had plan to marry. It never happened and I was totaly dependent on him! Not good! I never learned to be independent from my folks!
So I get out of the house and it is a disaster! We broke up,I moved out and learned to live on my own! It has not be easy but it is worth it! I learned to be dependent on myself! I did alot of growing up and maturing. You have no parents to drive you crazy! You can make your own decisions! You are your own person! It is the best feeling in the world!
I do regret not doing it sooner!

It's not easy living alone and to be separated with your family. There are lot of things to be considered. For me money is a big important factor. Living alone is very costly aside from the food of course unless if you have stable job and earning big that would not be a problem. I rather stay with my parents no need to be envy you can be independent and mature in your own way. Think it twice. LIfe is hard nowadays.
