Ever since I was a child I really love animes, not cartoons or kid show like dora or blue's clues, but anime like naruto, wedding peach, etc.
But these past few days everytime I read manga or watch anime I easily get bored..
It was like I'm starting to live the anime world.
But I'm not sad or anything, it was just so weird that the thing you enjoyed doing the most seems like boring for you now. It just feels weird..
What do you think? Have you ever experienced this before?

I think one of the reason is that most new anime the titles are nothing like the titles we grew up with. I still love the classic Anime series I grew up with and I was searching for those -Anime titles that I never get to finish because the TV Network that airs them never hear the final episodes. A lot of the new -Anime titles we have now don't have the same passion of what we have from the eighties, nineties and early 2000's. It's also heartbreaking they were running out of ideas that they make a anime remakes of American cartoons.

There is already in anime a version of powerpuff girls, transformers and X-men. I know its really sad. Hentai also cause anime decline because it makes many people disrespect anime.I still watch while the anime the titles have have because of nostalgia.

I'm really not into manga reading and cartoons but I could say it comes to the point that you got bored of the thing you're used to. That's a normal feeling. Don't think about it, tomorrow you'll find yourself excited again.

Hi glaiz!
I understand you. I feel the same way actually even though I still watch a few animes right now. Only three actually. If it were before, I would be watching all the animes being aired in our local television now. Now, I'm not that addicted anymore. And I don't really feel sad about it.
I guess this is normal because things change. Our preferences also change. Or maybe, we like something but there are times that that feeling ebbs down and then it resurfaces in a certain time. Like for me, I am also a J-dorama addict but there were times in the past that I hardly watch a J-dorama. And then, after that period, my addiction would come back. With anime though, that kind of addiction has not come back yet for a very long time.

Yeah, I haven't really watched any anime lately, which is just sad... I used to love them too and I watch them everyday before. But then there are no more new stories and creative ones.. I miss the old ones- like Yu yu Hakusho, samurai x and magic knights rayearth..

Yes, it happened to me, too. I used to watch anime everyday, but since three years ago, I lost my interest to watch animes or read mangas. I started to play games on my GBA. But now, I feel bored with my GBA, and start to watch anime and read manga again. ^_^

@_@ I am also experiencing this syndrome!!!
I am an anime fangirl since childhood and ended up
drawing anime/manga as my hobby but when i turned 13
my friends introduced me to the world of MMORPG and I really got
hooked! I now got bored watching anime andlost
my imagination that I can't hardly come up with new idea
for my drawing :(
now I am struggling to get my interest back on watching anime so that
my imagination will work like before.

Thank goodness.. I haven't felt this way before and hopefully never as I want to continue anime so that I will know how One Piece will end. One Piece will go on for at least another 10 years...
But well, even though I'm still very into anime and manga, my taste in anime and manga does change from time to time and according to mood. I used to be able to watch shoujo stuffs but now, I completely can't.

I'm a big fan of anime. There are times that I feel so bored watching it. Even those anime ongoing anime that has new episodes. Sometimes I feel like everything is redundant. But that really depends on my mood. What I usually do is watch a tv series instead of anime.
