Do you have any fears?

When I first travel via airplane I was three years old. I looked at the plane's window and saw clouds, I looked down and I see people as small as ants then I began to scream. Fortunately, I was sitting on my father's lap, he embraced me so tightly for I screamed that I'll fall down and that he has to make sure I don't fall; even the flight attendant began to worry. Presently I kind off got over it little by little. I no longer fear heights if I am enclosed by windows like that of tall buildings however if I'm in an open space though it is just a three-storey building I started having palpitations and feel that I'm gonna fall down. How about you what do you fear? Feel free to share, you'll not be judged.

I know, I was just kidding, because EVERYONE has fears. :) Even those who say they don't. In fact, I think they're some of the biggest cowards.

I fear a lot of insects like spiders. I''ve seen a tarantula before and it's freaking huge. My cousin, who is actually a kid, owns it. He let it crawl on my forearm and I literally threw it against the wall. Good thing for him it was still alive after that.

Somebody told me before that your present fears are associated with some nasty circumstances from your childhood years. Probably when you were a kid you got bitten by spiders or spiders are used by your elders to scare you off. However tarantula's are really not that dangerous they just look scary because of their furs. And be thankful he's still alive and you're still alive or else your cousin will get fits.

I've never been bitten by spiders before but you do have a point. Some of our fears during childhood will have to surface eventually. I've also noticed this before. I've always feared dark rooms and until now I still do.

You are not the only one. When I look down, I really freaks me out, as if I'm about to die. Because of my fear of heights I do not go to high places without company. I feel secured with I'm with other people in high places cause I know there will be somebody to help me if I'm gonna have a panic attack because of my fear.

I don't like dogs and I am afraid of them. When I was about 10 years old I was playing at one of the local parks and some guy's dog was not on a leash and it bit me.

Fears are commonly cause by traumatic incidence that happens in our lives particularly during our childhood years. Your fear being one of them. The experience you had with a dog that bit you while you are playing at the park never left your subconscious mind that's why you are afraid of all dogs cause they will probably bite you no matter how big or how small they are. A simple tip is that don't let dogs sense your fear. If you see them don't run just walk away normally, if they sniff you allow them provided you are not alone.
