Charlottesville in Virginia is the best. It is a very clean city, minimal crime rates too.

New York, NY - the most diversed city in the world. only where you can find the best in the world and the worst. in which you will have the best point of view on what the whole world is -together. one of the most expensive to live. if you survives living in new york, you can survive anywhere else.
