On the ( - sense of veg. Diet, I want to say anything. It is possible that you simply be more equal to the most reduced calorie source. Plants "defend" themselves to be eaten themselves. (DAS IS NO JOKE). They produce substances which give rise to symptoms such as bloating and diarrhea. Not everyone has a cow stomachs as between those of the digested food chewed again by repeatedly back and forth can be transported. If you want to lose weight, I would rather advise you to a balanced diet and more exercise.

the belly is bigger. not thicker. you just ne crass nutrition behind you. may well be that your stomach is there only needs to get used to it and responds with flatulence. with time this will certainly attach.

Hi, there are several possibilities: 1) Your body could be due to so-much about raw foods and acidic foods acidify to form slag which then accumulate in the abdomen, hips etc. The solution is again a balance in the acid-base balance to produce. 2) What do you do for a living? If you stand under great stress and pressure? have you done recently to make a lot of sports, or even extreme sports? Also, lack of sleep can lead to weight gain ... In extreme sports and professionally very great tension and stress, the body off this much cortisol is made to you and then increases. In this case only, sometimes up a gear lower, treat yourself to rest and relax. Hope I could maybe help a little
