Best cartoon movie or character of all time?

Watching cartoons is my favorite past time hobbies. Especially anime movies like naruto, bleach, fairy tale and one piece. I'd love to play with their character, like to wear their custom and gain power(if possible). It can really relieved you from stress. What do you think?

Jubilee - Xmen
I have been a fan of Xmen ever since it premiered in the Philippine waters in 1992. I fell inlove with every character in Xmen. After the premier, I wanted to be Jubilee Lee. I feel like her personality and mine is closest compared to other mutants. I used to be the boyish type and I am the one who would be childish at times. I also like the fact that Jubilee is friends with Gambit, whom I have a huge cartoon crush with. Remembering these stuff really would make me smile.
