A good friend of mine just know no further. He has a daughter who is 13, and the more cigarettes smoked and more often.
She knows the risks and says it's cool if she smokes and, like the boy with whom she is in love.
What should I advise my friend how he should behave? Should he allow smoking or ban?

I am of the opinion, if he forbids it makes it secretly. It helps you and good matrimonial talk only to make people understand that smoking is cool but not smoking.

There is no way that I'd let my 13 year old son or daughter smoke. I started when I was 15 and, looking back, that is way too young, too. I got grounded and punished several times in high school, but I found a way to smoke. My parents found out after I had been smoking for a year--and by then I was definitely hooked. At least I wasn't smoking as much as I would have been if they'd let me smoke. At the time I said that I knew the risks and all, but I never, never realized how hard it is to quit once you become a regular smoker. Your friend should at least try to curb her smoking.

Alone by law he must stop her from it. He may also not be allowed to smoke in his presence. Thus he is liable to prosecution.
It will keep the well-is little doubt but in an entirely different matter.
He must not allow her, he can come in "Hell's Kitchen".
