A visit to a notary to conclude a marriage contract is more important than the whole wedding. if you do not do that, you use all the signatures later anything, you must share in the divorce.

When a divorce takes care of the court does not necessarily represent the gain distribution. This must be requested separately. It is always easier if you agree amicably, because court costs and legal fees can consume considerable amounts. If there is no marriage contract, then a gain share for each spouse is calculated. This is not the amount depends on the available money to the date of divorce, but date is the day that were delivered to the divorce papers to the other. It goes on to gain the initial wealth that each brought into the marriage, inheritance and also funds from donations to be counted, even if they came to the marriage, and the final wealth, which is to end the marriage. Hence, the gain is calculated. The best way to jointly go to a lawyer if you can not even calculate. This is much cheaper, but this only works if there is a mutual agreement.
