Prayer before you sleep? What is in your mind?

Before I laid down on my bed. I make sure to pray asking a better health for my family to continue us to shower more blessings and to keep us away from temptation. I believe prayer can be answered If you put your heart on it.

I don't pray everyday because sometimes when i'm really tired,i just fall asleep.But i try to pray everyday to thank him for the day that he has given me and to ask for good health not just for me but for my whole family.
