I still feel irritated as I reached the office this morning. I could still my body aching because I was pushed so hard by some commuters in the train who do not seem to bother to hurt someone just to get inside the train at once. In addition to this, I could also feel my anger last night. I scolded my daughter for coming home so late that evening. She attended their class reunion and promised me to come home by 10pm, but she did not. She went home at past 1 am in the morning. I still feel so bad until this morning. But God is truly good! He did not allow me to have this bad feeling within me for long.
As i opened my computer, I found an email from my favorite catholic preacher Bo Sanchez . His article was entitled "How to Deal with Your Temper". Honestly, I am deeply touched by this. I was able to assess myself and realized my inner self. God is tryly amazing that He uses people to reach us.
Let me share with you some what I have read. According to this article, "How to Deal with Your Temper", Bro. Bo tells that we should know the things that we have and we can control from those we cannot. There are to areas in our life, the area of control and the area of concern. We must know that difference. The area of control is too small compared to area of concern, and at the end of the day, you can only control one thing: yourself. We cannot control other people's fault but we can control our response to those faults. (Colossians 3:13) Make allowance for each other's faults. If we have problems with our temper, let's use the emergency steps, STOP, LOOK and LISTEN. Do not obey our anger, we might regret it forever.
For our area of concern, let us lift up those to GOD who has the control of everything. In the end, only GOD knows what is right and best for us. TRUST HIM.
GOD BLESS US ALL.
As for me, I have already texted my daughter, I told her I don't feel good inside for scolding her, but I still feel bad that she broke her promise to come home early. We will talk as soon as get home tonight.
THANKS BE TO GOD.

those messages from your co-brother is really good and inspiring, that is really true that we can not control people 's fault but we can control to the response to those fault and that what happen to you in the morning, you can not control people around you but you can control your self on what should you do for that fault.
