As far as I can remember, the only one that i have read is The Notebook, which is one of his most memorable works. I thought the book was good in a sense, i can feel that this writer is a great novelist when it comes to true love. But unlike the movie, which was really, really awesome, the book was too simple for my taste. It just didnt feel as if it is an important book, only a great romantic read. but i still value this novel especially since it was a gift to me. how about you? Do you also like The Notebook? Which is your favorite novel written by Nicholas Sparks?

I want to read A Walk to Remember, but it's never at the library. ARG! I think it is a movie too, which I would like to see.

"Nicholas Sparks" ?? who is that? That was my reaction when I first heard about the movie "A walk to remember". I wanted to watch the movie but couldn't. Then I go the book, my first novel, and read it. It was a very well written teenage love story. I liked it. I started to like his books and so far I have read "A walk to remember", "Message in a bottle", "The wedding", "The lucky one", "A bend in the road", "Dear John". I have got "The rescue", "The choice", "Nights in Rodanthe", "Safe haven" to complete. I have seen all the film adaptations of his novels an I felt like the novels are much better. Though most of his novels have a similar story line, I never get bored of them. It is really hard to say which is my favorite...from the ones I read so far.. I will pick "Message in a bottle". Very intense feelings in the story. The novel is way better than the movie...

I think maybe Message in a Bottle might be, not that I've read tons of his books, just a few on audio when I was working full time

The one Nicholas Sparks book that I finished reading is a walk to remember. I only read the book because I fell inlove with the movie. Anyways, Nicholas Sparks seem to have the same or similar plot from time to time.

I have read about 5 of Nicholas Sparks novels just this summer. I just read The Notebook and I LOVED it! Now I have to read The Wedding, which I believe is a sequel to The Notebook. But his books are really difficult to get at the library because they are so popular! The most recent novel of his that I read was Message in a Bottle and that was good too. I have not really been disappointed by his books, but I definitely want to see The Notebook movie soon.
