Yes! since I am faraway from my family, I received a lot of encouragement from my friends and from some people around me even I just talked to them in minutes or hours. Likewise, when I was on the plane I was crying, an old lady noticed me, then she started talking to me and gave advises and encouragement about life and everything.

What would life without encouragement? Have you thought that a simple sentence, spoken at the right time can change many can change the thinking, can change the result of? I do not know about you, but I sometimes I need encouragement. For me it's important to tell someone continues good, or everything will be fine, even if the situation seems impossible. Sometimes the momentum gives encouragement, hope it gives you, you courageous, strengthens you, get loads of energy, motivate you, help you think that everything is as you can solve everything. When you feel that you can not, that there is no way out of the woods, encouragement can do wonders ... a smile can change everything ...

Hi busybee10, encouragement is really important to us especially when encountering complicated problem that is not easy to resolve. When we are down we need someone to encourage us as well. Warm and authentic comfort and appropriate encouragement will give or increase our confidence as well as to supply us energy to be dynamic again to face our problem. I'm fortunate that I have my loved ones always standing by my side to comfort and encourage me whenever I come across any difficult position. It's sure that I will do the same to them as well

Rightly said. My hubby that way is my Pillar of Strength he is always there for me and even if I am sometimes down and out a small word of encouragement from him goes a long way in building the confidence and gives the courage that I can fight out any difficulty.

Hey busybee, I agree with you that encouragement is an added energy. I am very often surrounded by lots of positive energy. My friends and my family is such a great support and source of encouragement, I couldn't be more thankful.At times when i am willing to do things on my own, I tend to develop some motivation within. However,that drive is never strong enough as compared to the encouragement i receive from my closed ones. I am among those lucky ones who can rely on their closed ones for some encouragement.

Of course,encouragement is an added energy and it really works and i would say i am lucky that my family members always encourage me.But ther are also such people who say such words which discourages or disappoints us in such cases i try to motivate and encourage myself.I think every one should try to have self developed motivation in themselves,so that they can overcome depression or disappointment easily without anybodyelse's encouragement.
