Is Its Really possible to fine real Happiness

I used to ask myself this question how do you fine real happines day after day after day. It just seemed to be so elusive and as I look arround the other people who seemed to be so happy I just wondered why i was so different-or was I?
For me I fine the happiness in my life just have a good health. with my parents. A good health will give you happiness and positive goal in life.

Happiness means contentment and theologically speaking, happiness/contentment can only be experienced once a person would do something good for his fellow human being or does his obligation as a Christian to avoid sin and to live a virtuous life worthy of emulation therefore real happiness can really be found here in earth but eternal happiness can only be experienced once we are once again one with God.

I think that to be happy means to make your dreams come true and to be with the ones that he loves.What more we need..I mean everyone will be happy when his dreams come true,won`t he?And to be with your family and friends when this happen,this is what I call happiness.So why the real happiness does not exist..

I guess happiness is relative. It also has to do with your outlook in life. Optimistic people are the ones who seem to be more happy and contented compared to those who worry a lot.
We can set our own indicator of happiness - we can like tell ourselves, that if I have less stress by not going to the hospital in a year, then it is one of the indicators that I am moving forward happiness.

Even if I am not somebody to who found her perfect match I still believe that there are people who have find their real happiness. Being happy can be because you have married somebody who is making you happy and enjoy such life like this couple whom I have known to be married for quite sometime but you can still see them very much in love with each other. There are those who have chosen to be single and quite happy with that choice. The most important thing to know is that real happiness is not having what you dream off happen but a choice that you make because you want to be contented in what ever situation that you are in. Accepting the truth that as Francis of Assisi says change the things that we can change and just live with what cannot be change.

You can find happiness with your surroundings. Just like me I find happiness with my friends and with my family. It really depends what Happiness meant for you. So I want you to be happy. Im wishing you luck.
