Glad to see my earnings growing, but...

I feel so glad every time I open my MyLot and see my earnings growing. Eventhough is very minimal, seeing something has added to my previous earnings really made me feel glad; but after a while I feel a bit sad because I do not kn ow how to get it. I know that Credit card is needed in order to get my earnings, because in Paypal it ask for a credit card, but I do not have any credit card. I have tried to apply but for credit card but there's no progress, no positive result. This is probably because those banks I have applied for have probably accessed my previous credit card status, which is already closed for a couple of years now, and which I am religiously paying the remaining balance. I wish I could have another privilege and chance to have a credit card again.
