In recent 20 years, real estate has become the most prosperos industry whith the high speed development of china's economy. In 2002,the everage house's price of Peking, capital of China,is about RMB?6,000(USD$938) per square metre, while in 2011,the number has rush to RMB?30,000(USD$4,688)per square metre.Ok,Peking maybe be ignored for its advanced situation and special position in this country, how about the city of Luoyang,Henan provinc, middle of China?Which is a very typical developing city in China. In 2002,the everage price of real estate in the residential district where i lived in is only about RMB1,800(USD$281)per square metre, last week I ask the sale centre how much the Term? of this district does,a manager answer me very politly,"ok,you are familiar client, you may get a 10% discount,it only charge you RMB?6,800(USD$1,063)per square metre".A ordinary chinese family of three ususlly need a 100 square metres size apartmen to live in,that means it will cost a family RMB three millions(USD$468,750)in Peking and RMB600,000 in the city of Luoyang!!you know a common white colar worker in Peking only earn RMB60,000(USD$9,375)every year........in Luoyang, the everage salary is only no mor than half of that of Peking. So,the cost of the real eatate has been a very heavy burden to chinese people.Could some guys tell me what the situation is in your city or in your country?

The prices of houses in my place has increased so much. A double storey link house used to cost about RM250,000 but now it is around RM450,000 and it can go up to a million in some hot spots. Yes, it is expensive to own a house now as the prices keep increasing.

I can't afford to buy house but luckily mom gave me 2 units of houses when her land was developed into a housing estate. You can see the picture of my two new houses in my profile page. I don't know what is the rate of currency exchange against US$ now.
