We worry. Why we worry?

We worry about tomorrow as if worrying will straighten the things and change our tomorrow by preventing the cause of our worry. Realize that most of the things you are worried about tomorrow will not happen and even if they happen, the intensity will not be as big as you imagined.
Whatever happens tomorrow, it can be handled tomorrow when it comes. Because we can see it feel it and handle it accordingly. But what you can do about that which hasn’t come at all?

I agree that people have the nature of worrying about things. But that's part of life. Each day gives us trials to be faced, it's normal to encounter problems and facing them is up to us how we solve them. We can't always prepare for something we didn't expect to arrive to us, no matter how much we think about what tomorrow brings. I think sometimes you just "go with the flow" of things.

If we don't expect to arrive the problems to us, as you said, why we should worry about those problems which are nowhere near us?

I think its because people focus more on negativity that problems bring rather than the solutions that needs to be done. Even if we dont expect them to arrive we get worried because we see other people get worried about their problems and I think it affects us.

Niiiiceee! I personally think we worry bcuz its in our nature to worry. Some of us worry more than other like my husband. He worries about things i dont worry and visa versa! but the bible is right 'whatever happens tomarrow, it can be handled tomarrow when it comes.' I dont worry much about anything like that, like when it comes to materal things like what we want and what we cant have...its not worth the wrinkles or the stress. Like if my mom or someone was in a wreck id worry alot if they were hurt too bad but if i got a call saying so and so has been in a wreck or whatever but he's doing fine then im gonna hope my tail over there to see what the real deal is because family likes to overexagerate sometimes, u know they like to say someone is dying just to get u to come over and when ur there nothing is wrong. that happens to me many times!

That is the most practical way of thinking I say, ‘Build the bridge when the water comes.”

Hello Arle, It's Natural for a person to worry about things, most specially when they are afraid. YOu know I've been planning to buy a second hand motherboard and processor because i want to keep using the other parts of my computer. but sadly, this is what worries me, what if I buy something and becomes more expensive than what i can afford on my budget. If i failed i'd be scolded and preferred to buy new one. but am trying not to worry any more since I prefer to be purchase something that can be compatible to my PC.

I’ll ask you only one question. Could you succeed in reducing the intensity of your problem even by a fraction of a millimeter by worrying? It’s not worrying you have to do. You have to work out a way to own a new PC. There are plenty of opportunities if you have the will and attitude.
