action movie with female protagonist

I love korean drama...they are good to watch. The Queen Zheon Dok, which is one of my favorite where female is the leading role. The korean drama, really good because it represent historical events of korea in the ancient times...

hey..i just watched COLOMBIANA few days ago..thats also a female vigilante on th eloose..movie..where she is the main heroine..no one else..should be wat u lookin for.. A female protagonist.

I don't know that many Asian Movies with Female leads,Though Michelle Yeoh in "Crouching Tiger,Hidden Dragon" had some epic fight moves.. As for Hollywood based Movies,Angelina Jolie has been mentioned already with the Tomb Raider Movies,and "Salt".. Sigourney Weaver with the "Alien" series is worth a mention... "Kill Bill" with Uma Thurman is another.. Jennifer Garner in "Electra",maybe.. Milla Jovovich in the "Resident Evil" series..there may be many more..

The only movie that I can think of are the Angelina Jolie's film. I love most of her movies like Tomb Raider, Mr and Mrs Smith, Wanted and Salt. She's one of the finest action movie actress. I hope she will have another action filled movie by next year.

Crouching tiger hidden dragon - has the female protagonist yielding and stealing sword..in the martial art times of ancient china.. won 4 oscars..if u havent seen this.. also a chinese movie..a modern cat and mouse hunt between a female cop..and hot slick chick assassin.. SO CLOSE..

I don't know of any Asian action films. I think "Aeon Flux" was an action movie with a female protagonist. And there is a new movie out called "Colombiana" The IMDB has some films under "Female Protagonist". HI gidz0518, I don't know many action movies with female protagonists, but you could try watching Lara Croft and the Tomb Raiders, its got good action by Angelina Jolie. Jolie's new movie Salt looks good too with a lot of great action by her, although I have not yet watched it. I also liked the Charlie's Angels series - good action with lots of comedy by Cameron Diaz, Lucy Liu and Drew Barrymore!

Wow I am Love to watch Action Movies, But female Protagonist ! I am forget about it but I am love to watch female fighting don't forget about Tomb Raider (Lara Croft)
