It is a preparation of a medical document, which is dictated by American doctors. we can get the voice file from the doctors. Using the voice file, we have to transcribe the dictation without sound alike and grammar mistakes. The integrity of the document should not be changed. The doctors from all the departments in hospitals and clinics will dictate the patient's history and their treatment plans. We have to to transcribe the document without any drug error also. The drug error and diagnosis part is the most important part of the dictation. We should know the basic medical terms and drugs. For this, we can get training from some of the reputed companies in major cities and towns. For transcribing some tools are there. We can use it in the computers e.g Quick look (drug reference) and Steadman's medical dictionary etc. The Google is the most useful tool medical transcription. we can earn up to 10, 000 per month by doing this job. But, there are some disadvantages in this job. Major companies squeeze the employees and salary is not reasonable. I think if we get direct orders,we can get reasonable income. It is a hard work. Every part of the body gets strained too much. The Government has to take necessary step in this regard.

Yes, Initially when I discovered this works, it was an extremely new term for me, and I began to research it. I learned that medical transcription is the process of transcribing medical records from the dictations provided by doctors. The medical transcriptionist listens to the recorded data and processes it in a word processor. After processing, the medical records are then transmitted back to the doctors, thus making it a permanent medical documentation. These medical records are necessary for future medical or surgical care of the patient. They can serve as legal documents in courts. So, it is really a wonderful work to do if someone have interest in Healthcare industry...
