Should the NFL be like the NHL?

No I don't mean include fighting, lol! I mean that whenever a player is hurt , especially in the playoffs, the team says he has the flu. He will miss because of the flu! I just saw that a player tweeted his MRI of his leg! Now Everybody knows where to hit him! Wouldn't it been better if No one knew where he hurts?

I've always appreciated this difference between the NFL and the NHL. While player injuries in the NFL are known, which help bookies handicap games, NHL injuries are closely guarded secrets. There are advantages and disadvantages between the two.
Although it might be unpopular, and frustrating to media and game-fixers, I think the NFL should be more like the NHL so they could protect their own players.
