Watch repairing shop creating trouble

Hi, One week back (on last to last friday)I gave my watch for watch repairing shop and told I want my watch back by next saturday,and they agreed for that. After 2 days wthey will call me and told it is not possible to be done by saturday. they will give me back by Wednesday. I told, as I am travelling on tuesday aso I want my watch back by Monday. Now, on Monday when I went to his shop, the person told that it is not yet ready and store is already closed. So, they will me tomorrow to get the status of my watch. On wednesday they told that watch repair is not yet done. So, they cant give watch today (i.e. on tuesday). So, I travelled with out watch. I really got iritated by the watch repairing person. Should I speak rough words to teh repair person when I will be going to collect my watch on Friday. What say guys........
