Hahaha what a shame! I never thought that I am the one who get zero response on my discussion. I feel so a shame, I don't know should I angry, disappointed, feel down or laugh. But for real I'm soo pity coz nobody want to response. Lastly I choose to laugh out loud of it coz I feel it is funny when there's nobody response on your discussion.

Yes, many times (about 5-6 yet, I just a month old here) I got zero response. But no worry it is said mylot pays for those discussions also. May be sometimes you don't get responses cause people don't know about those things. So in this case you are super.... hahaha...

Like sid said, don't worry about it..I have quite a few, some that go back 5 years, that have no response. I would like to bring it back up now that I have Native Americans friends, but I can't, so I bring up the topic if it comes up, and it did not too long ago..Thought the post still has no response, I still got to talk about it...

Don't worry about it Prinze, it was either because I was new and not many people knew me, or people really didn't know how to respond..Anyway, I found out through a couple other mylotters that I can get the link for my discussions without a response and sent it to my friends to bring it back up..

Nope, I haven't got one discussion with no response so far. But I will never like to have one. Like you, I feel it is kind of frustrating to have such a discussion wherein no one is interested in responding to. But I feel that some discussion that have no responses are good discussions. I just think that the users who started it don't have much friends to share it with, hence, a lesser chance of exposure to the myLot world. I really don't know but that is what I feel. So I suggest that you build up your network of friends in here so that you will be assured to get some responses whenever you start a discussion.

Wow you're so great. Hahaha, yeah get away 'no response'. You're so emphatic person you can feel how does it feel when your discussion had no response. I do agree with you, actually strongly agree with you, that some discussion that have no responses are good discussions, it will be wasteful if the discussions are good but no responses.
I like to know how to build a network of friends here, can you teach me?

I guess you only get response if you are the first at the list if someone is checking out and if it's interesting enough.
Smart way of you to get response.

I guess so. But I think in my case it wasn't that interesting coz it's kinda old school and childish but somehow I like it coz it remind me of the hapiness that I had when I was still a kid

Hi Prinzedbeck,
Welcome to Mylot. Don't feel bad or ashamed. I took a peek at your profile and I see that the one discussion that you recieved no responses on was about a game. It could just be that no one that saw it knew anything about that game or had anything to add to the discussion. Also, discussions easily get lost in the shuffle here so if no one sees it right off then it's apt to get buried. Sometimes months later, someone might stumble across it and respond which will bring it back up to the top again and give it new life. Don't give up, Prinzedbeck.

Yeah it's about game that I like in my childhood, it's kinda old school anyway, guess that game wasn't that popular.
Anyway thanks to lift up my motivation pal.

Oh yes, it has happened a few times. Don't worry about it though . . . it's not always the case that nobody wants to respond to it. Sometimes if you place your discussion in an fast-moving interest, your discussion just gets lost to the next page. So basically it just gets lost in the shuffle. Often it's better to pick an interest that doesn't move as fast . . . that way your discussion stays on the first page for a while and gets more exposure (in my experience anyway!). Yah, just move on . . . don't take it personally.

Yeah I do think what you said is true. How is that fast-moving interest and how to put it in the non fast-moving interest, I don't know, can you pls tell me, sorry but I'm new still don't know much.

I have only started a few discussions, but have gotten responses on all of them. Sometimes a year later! I would probably be disappointed if there were no responses. You might still get responses, a lot of people check the no response page, and then respond.

Yeah I don't have much friends. Nobody wants to be my friends, huhuhu. I love to comment too but I'm afraid my comment will boring the others or will hurt by my comment coz I do feel the same. Somehow I take your advice and will post more responds.

In fact, no one responded on your talk is only normal because there may discuss your topic is not good or not attracted to the reader to other people comments on your topic.

Yeah I have to learn to accept that. It's not easy but I'll try so that it will be normal to me if there's no response.

Not yet, but it could happen especially if you started a discussion that is way above the heads of members here or if they find your topic boring and not worth commenting on. Or sometimes, if you don't respond to the post made by other members on the discussion you started, they may lose interest the next time you start another one. But if you want really to have some response, you can try starting a discussion on a controversial topic, one which would touch many personally. I'm sure you wouldn't get a zero on that. Good day!

Hopefully you won't have that one, coz it does feel bad. You're right I do feel sometimes it's not worth to comment, but sometimes what I like to comment already done by others so that's why I didn't comment. I also afraid my comment will boring the others or will hurt by my comment coz I do feel the same. Btw, is it allowed such controversial topic to be post? Coz I have one but I'm afraid it will be ban!

There are 4 or 5 posts where I didn't get any response. The reason may be they are not interesting. I posted many international political affairs which are not very interesting. Then I decided to post some nice interesting ones which are directly related to our daily lives. The response is good for those posts. So anyone here, if you want good responses for your posts, make sure they are interesting.

Oh it must feel bad when your posts didn't get any response right? But from what you told me about the topic that you post which didn't get any responses, I think it is good topic but maybe only certain people who interested about it but still didn't bump on it. Anyhow people don't like such that serious topic like you said they prefer topic that related to daily life that's what I noticed.

Anyhow I didn't sent you a PM (private message), actually I even didn't know what is PM, I just know it when you gave this comment, now I know already what is PM thanks for that. Now I want to learn how to send a PM hehehe, hopefully you'll teach me. I guess you're right put tag to a discussion will maximize visitor.
