Maybe yes maybe no. All I know, too much is bad, Though it's vitamins or any nutritional source as long it's too much will be harmful to our body.

I think all medicines including vitamins is dangerous to our body especially to our kidney if taken more than our body than tolerate. So it's really best if we take vitamins and medicine according to the doctors prescription only or if not read labels of the medicine bottles.

Unless your kidneys are working properly, you shouldn't have problems, overdosage of vitamins is still uncommon. A hyperdosage of vitamin A has been reported, but among radical circumstances, the story talks about two sailors who had eaten too much polar bear liver, and they developed this condition. But who eats only polar bear liver that really contains a high level of that vitamin??
