Smiling

I frown a lot more than I smile. I suspect that I have 2 wrinkle lines on my forehead thanks to it. I can't really smile properly. If I ever do smile I don't open my mouth but merely make that arc with the lips. I find it awkard when I try to smile much like in that scene in 'Hancock' after he deals with the bank robbers and cooperates with the police for the first time. There was a scene where they show him trying to smile and it just looks like clenching his teeth. The only time I recall smiling in the regular way, albeit, unintentionally is after laughing to something funny.

Hi gloamglozer, Try watching more often some comedy movies or comedy shows on television. Usually, this is a good exercise to stretch the mouth or widen the lips. Smiling and laughing with the characters on the show is a good pastime. We forget other problems. We only enjoy the moment, we feel lighthearted.
