Have you heard of Urine Therapy?

I heard of that news too. But I would never do that though.. Since it is a waste already, so you don't need to intake it anymore..and it just disgusting.. But i also read that only a small amount in the urine is urine, most of it is water, still not drinking though.

All the bacteria and toxins after all the process in our different organs are going to the uterus and then flushed out from our body thru urine. Don't be misled that urine is a good source of vitamin. Survival from earthquakes and other form of calamities is different, hence drinking your own urine will help you survive and prolong your life a little.

There's a lot of story from survivors of earthquakes where they drink their own urine to survive. A healthy person's urine is about 95 percent water and sterile, so in the short term it's safe to drink and does replenish lost water. But the other 5 percent of urine comprises waste materials from our body. I haven't heard of Urine therapy and I will not try it. Kinda gross even if you are just imagining it.

hello there. I was about to start this topic but then, I will just respond here. Yuck! I will not drink urine, mine or not. Urine is body waste and it is dirty. It is so unsanitary. I hope there will be upcoming news to stop this and expert to say that this is unhealthy

It might be good for some people but this is just plain disgusting for me. I could never think of drinking my own urine, this just grosses me out.

I don't have any idea about the Urine Therapy mentioned by Marquez. But I have an idea about Urine that could be substitute for water in terms of crisis. The story was mentioned long time ago.

i heard that from the tv and i almost puked. urine is excreted in our body because our body does not need it anymore, it is waste already and why is he still putting it back to his body. i dont want to imagine drinking my urine. never!

Yes urine contains minerals that helps our body but it's very toxic if you will inject it directly to your bloodstream.

I have heard about it and I think its not working. First urine is a liquid trash from our body. Do we eat trash to be healthier? No. The second that is really disgusting and I know for sure that I will never do it. I know what case when urine can help but you don't have to drink it you just pour it after jelly fish burn.

That's really weird and disgusting. Never cross in mind do drink my own urine. Yuck!
