psychopaths are everywhere

I think my roommate's boss is a psychopath, he callede my roommate every early morning not for working but for eating the breakfast together. Her boss is a man over 40s and my roommate is 20s, although I don't think there are any special relationship between them, it still make me feel uncomfortable. He calls my roommate day and night, once she comes back to the drom, her cell phone begin to make nosie. I almost never hear her boss talking with her about her job, usually about his feeling and the other irrespective of jobs.
Maybe her boss isn't a psychopath, but definitely has a little psychological problem.
My roommate asked for help, how to stop her boss calling her. HOW???

This is not normal to call employee so many times day and nights. This is just harassing.In UK this boss would have really big troubles if she had reported him. This is against the law here. You friend should seek help. Maybe she should reported him to his boss. I'm sure he has one.

I am sorry to tell you a fact that in China there maybe not have a relevant law to forbid this kind of behavior. But it will be soon.
And my roommate wouldn't tell anyone, she was afraid of getting into trouble.
