My taskbar and display icon in my computer was missing.

Plz need help...Every time i Log my computer its almost black and no more taskbar and display icon. what should i do?

*WARNING YOUR COMPUTER HAS VIRUS*
try log on in safe mode and uninstall your antivirus(if your windows if giving you problems in starting normally)
and if your taskmanger is disabled folow the instructions to enable it
a) go to "start" - "run" and type "gpedit.msc" and press enter
b) navigate to "user configuration " - "administrative templates" - "system" - "ctrl+alt+del options"
In the right side of the screen verify that "remove task manager" is set to "notconfigured" or "disable" and if it is enabled disable or not configure it
