No specific interest. I reply to top discussion most of the time. I do not participate to discussion if I don't have any idea about what they are talking about. But, when I was a beginner, I notice that I reply a lot to discussion that talks about poverty and dirty politics. I find it interesting to discuss.

I like 'Questions and Answers' as it encompasses a broad range of topics. It often even introdices me to subjects that I'm not consciously thinking about or otherwise aware of.

Politics, religion, life, food and whatever might be funny or controversial to respond to. I especially like to comment if I have a unique perspective, though I have to admit sometimes that perspective is snarky, tongue-in-cheek or just plain "Devil's Advocate".

Simply said, I like to get involved in discussions which is under my interests, or usually I would see it here: http://www.mylot.com/nr/interestsdiscussions.aspx
But of course, I don't take a part on every discussions there. I can't take part if the topic not interests me, the topic is somewhat an absurd one, or if I don't have anything to say.

I just post to whatever discussion is updated. You'll see those on top of the website page in most occasions. I'm really not that specific when it comes to categories. Besides, you can post almost all your discussions under Life.

I usually just skim the recent discussions until I find one that interests me, but looking at my interest rankings, these usually fall under "life", "relationships" and "watching movies".
As well as that, I'll browse specific interests that catch my fancy - eg if I've spent all day playing sims 3, I'll head on over to see if there are any discussions that interest me, similarly if I've just finished a book, I'll search for it to see what other people thought of it and to add my opinions.
I think the majority of people post mostly in life, because that's where the most questions go!

I like to talk about almost anything but celebrities, and I know little to discuss about them. I like nature, photography, Chrisitianity, Bible, politics, reading, relationships, friends, and more. What I don't respond to are discussions that don't have a question in them. I also don't respond to discussions that are new and I'm not sure if they are within the terms of service. I don't like to take chances on wasting time replying to a discussion that might be deleted.
