wiki leaks hacked

Wikileaks recently released tens of thousands of US diplomatic cables, so I suspect that the cyber attack may have been a means of retaliation. The release was Wikileaks largest dumping of documents to date, with 134,000 diplomatic cables posted to the site. The cables document every file regarding US relations with Australia and Sweden. Furthermore, the files link almost two dozen Australian's to a cleric with ties to al-Quaeda, causing great angst amongst the country's top security agencies. No hackers have yet come forward to take credit for the attack; though I'm sure that the list of potential suspects is quite long.
