Frying chilies.

I am not a great cook but once in awhile I enjoy my moment cooking in the kitchen. I love hot food. Normally after I fried the shallots, garlic and so on, I will put chopped chilies after that. The problem that I always face is that I will surely sneeze when I fry the chilies. Why I always sneeze when I fry the chilies?

this is very common after frying chillies you will get sneeze,i would like to tell you if you like chilly then try dry res chilli,fry this dry red chilly to eat with your food it will give you good test if possible add some mustard seeds and cumin seeds..............
