With England now T20 World Champions and Number 1 Test team in the world I was wondering who is the most influential player in the England team. Is it Andrew Strauss for his captaincy, Ian Bell for his big scoring innings or the last year or so, James Anderson or Graeme Swann for their impressive bowling displays and knocking strong batting attacks over cheaply?

If you have to pick just one player, then that would have to be Anderson. I think time and again he has been the leader of the bowling pack which has performed tremendously over the last year or so. If there is some swing in the air then Anderson really comes to the party. Apart from that he is an exceptional fielder and can also hang in with the bat if there is a need.
On the batting front, I think their most influential batsman is KP.
Cheers!

Its a team effort has whole which made England team Number 1 test team and also 20-20 champions
If you look at the performance every batsmen and bowler in line up contributed to win there was player who was exceptional in every innings what has made England NO1 is that now they have great spinner in Swann which England didn't have for years they have, good fast bowling line up, 2 good openers and great middle order
