Hey Everyone. I NEED your opinion..
I would like to start some sort of home based business that doesnt require all my time. I was thinking somethink that making bulk candles for wedding favours. I would make it so the customer could customize the colour, design etc. I have been a Maid of Honour twice in the last 2 years and have been put on favour duty both times, I know how time consuming they can be, and i think it would have been nice to be able to just have them made for us and arrive at the door ready to be given out. Do you all think that would be a good idea? What would you charge? (say they were 6oz candles)
Thanks guys! I look forward to hearing your ideas, and opinions :)

Hello Maddie, that's a great idea! I am sure all the others who have been Maids of Honor at one point or the other feel the same way and want the favors ready to be handed out just like that! So you should have no problems selling your idea AND stuff you make. But please do thorough research on what is the in thing the wedding scenario, whether it is just candles or something else. Also try to make the candles in a more innovative manner so that they are different and stand out from what is found in shops. You could mix and add your own fragrances, some nice cute and unique decorations etc. So go all out if you are confident and just do it.
Best wishes for your new venture!
