alertpay account question for indians only????

so i have a alert pay account ...i dont have that much amount in it but i do have 17$ and i thought of withdrawing the money but after a while i came to know the only way to withdraw your money is through bankwire and the bankwire fee is $ 15 is this amount too big to as a fee

Bank transfer fees are always high. $15 is actually rather low as it often more like $35. Why withdraw and lose money? You just need to find something to spend it on online.

thats what the problem alertpay account isnt accepted by any online shopping site or any consumer to comsumer corporation
