Are ghosts and demons real?

I had seen many horror movies and came across some people who are demon possessed talking gibberish in different tongue.i don't know that they are really demon possessed
or in some mental depression but during night time when these things come into my mind i'm afraid to go into darkness.i'm really wandering that ghosts & demons are real or it's just our own thoughts make them real? what do you say...

if you never meet a supernatural entity you may think that supernatural things doesn't exist. People judge from their experiences. For me, i believe that there are many things that science cannot explain. For instance, i've experience something supernatural in my past, i've shared it in here: http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2548567.aspx
When i'm in college my female friend also experience something supernatural too. One afternoon in my college building my female friend want to go to the toilet and she ask my other female friend to accompany her to the toilet. When she got out of the toilet she found herself alone and quickly get out of the toilet and search my other female friend. It turn's out that my other female friend never join her to the toilet, she even didn't know when did my friend ask her to accompany my friend to the toilet. This experience shock both of my friends for entire college. They never go to that toilet until they're graduate.

hi surfer222, my friend also had some ghost experiences.he said that during night time when he's asleep he had a feeling that someone suddenly fell on him start to squeeze his throat,all of a sudden when he woke up and found nobody there in his room

I think that our thoughts so we do not think that there are demons and spirits.
when we look at senior film then further increases this feeling.
thoughts are those who invent things and we begin to believe that.
but may indeed have a spiritual yet I do not believe.

hi nezavisima, that's okay with your belief but have you never come into contact with people whose mental status is fine from birth and there is a sudden change in his/her mental behaviour

I am a believer in the paranormal. I have never come face to face with a spirit or demon, but I believe people who say they have.

for me demons is real because that's the result of doing bad things they are this what we call the anti Christ so, actually its a yes!! the word ghost requires lot of explanation, my answer is maybe because I am not sure.
