When I start exercise, about a week after chest ache started. I consulted a doctor. After ECG, blood test, Urine test, X-ray of chest etc., the doctor told that, nothing problem in the chest. Pain MAY be due to the over exercise and gave some pain killing tablets. After a year ago , the same problem -that is I started exercise and 2 weeks after pain started. Why this repetition I.Will you help me?by providing good answer? I am forbidden to do exercise. Why so?

I think you have to follow Doctors instruction first. I think you are doing exercise more than you can.I think you have to focus on moderate exercise. In my opinion you have to consult another chest doctor and ask him the reason for the pain. If it is similar cause then you must forbid exercise. Please follow the doctors instruction.

I can understand your concern. I have severe COPD and emphysema and my doctor put me on a exercise regime called pulmonary rehabilitation. It is basically like going to the gym only there is a therapist there to monitor my oxygen levels,( my levels go down with exercise)and if need be, put me on oxygen while I work out. They started me on very low levels as far as weights, treadmill and cross trainer. They have voiced concern that if I experience chest pain, that they will stop and check it out. Unless you are overdoing it, there may be some reason for concern. I would do what the doctor suggests. I don't know your age, (I'm 51 and it has been a long time since I worked out), I start light and slowly work my way up. Perhaps you should try that. I wish you luck on whatever you decide.

My age is 52. Now I am writing in my son's page.
Another doctor, while i am consulting, he doubted about oxygen -not going to lungs normally.
So your suggestion may be one of the reasons for my chest pain during exercise. Thanks for participating in my discussion and giving valuable suggestion

When the doctor expressed his doubt that pain in the chest may be due to over exercising, did you follow his instruction? Obviously you didn’t. That’s why the pain recurred. I advise you not to play with your health. Go again to the same doctor, tell all about your exercise regimen and follow his instructions.

When I again started doing the exercise, I know that ache may occur ,but no other way. I am overweight. My body is not moving as I wish.

I know someone who has a case of heart-enlargement. She also went to the doctor several times and then coming out without any negative results. She only knew she had it when she consulted her doctor/friend for some help (don't know why she didn't go straight to her in the first place). She said that whenever she got tired, she also felt chest pains. She usually took long walks in the morning before going to work.

There could be many reasons why this happens to you. Being out of shape for one. If you haven't exercised in a long time you're out of shape and need to give your body time to adjust to the workouts. People who have taken months or years away from exercise need to start off slow and work their way up. It's easy to over do it because of the stigma, "no pain no gain". Instead on focousing on strong muscles and a thinner waistline, go easy on your body.
Are you eating right or enough? If you aren't eating often enough, eating the right foods, or not eating enough of something, then the body's going to react accordingly. You have to have a balanced diet. Limit processed sugars, candy and sweets. Eat fruit, vegies and lean meat. Whole grains are also good such as rice, bread and some pastas. Basically at least one serving of each basic food group a day. Consult a doctor about getting on a healthy diet, to ensure you're taking in enough callories. In addition don't burn more then you're taking in. This can leave your muscles starving for nuteriants because your body isn't able to process it.
If the two main above factors aren't the case, then there could be something medical. Sometimes you have to research various conditions. Check with family members. Rule out possible genetic factors. If you have an underlying condition, then sure you may not be able to do a full workout, but as long as you're moving in some way its better then being a statue. I'm not you, and I can't tell you exactly what's going on (if anything), so you just have to try different things to see if you can resolve your issue.

I doubted of my shape. When I am walking I am always bending my backbone. So your guess may be right.

Is it Time to Break Up With Your Workout? If you're not seeing results or you're burned out on exercise, it may be time for a break up. Giving yourself permission to try something new can be rejuvenating and rekindle your exercise love. The key to a healthy road trip is to, first, make sure the person you're driving with supports your healthy decisions.

I used to be so energetic and athletic. I worked outside of the home often also and stayed in shap. since I have been working at home online and mainly sitting here alot working on the computer, I have gained weight and my muscles hurt when I do not use them alot. I think light exercise and walking is good to stay in shape and not overdo it.

Hi
If doctors say that there is no problem then it is okay. If we are not habitual of exercising and try to exercise very hardly straight away then such problem can arise. Better we start with slow one and increase it day by day so our body can be the habitual of it. So if you are getting this problem then better you start with the lighter exercises..

see to be honest, i never trust doctors. my advice to you would be to join a gym, and have a personal physical trainer access the workouts you are doing. they are trained to know the best workout for people based on their age, stature, physical structure etc..

Hello, Exercise is really good for health..But anything doing too much is very Bad..i think you are doing more exercise thinking that your body will be more fit..Don't do too much exercise..since you have pain now,as your doctor has said,it is good not to exercise..after the pain is gone, then leave it for 2 months..then i think you can do exercise..and always remember, don't exercise too much!!!
