What are you looking to get your Master's of Science in? I know there are a lot of foreign Teaching Assistants and Graduate Assistants at my university and I also know that this is very common.
More than likely you would need to contact the universities that you are interested. My suggestion would be, research the accrediting board of your desired degree, you will then be able to see which universities are shining stars in that area. From there you can contact them directly. I know the three universities I have attended have international student offices specifically for that purpose.
Then you have to decide what region of the US you want to live in. Urban, Rural, North, South, East, West, Plains, Mountains, Oceanside . . .
I wish you the best of luck!

My M.tech or ME degree from USA but can't afford too much money because if you go high then their is no limit and it can cross the financial service and specially for international students its difficult to get to high financial services. So a best university with low fees. A good region but BEST university with LOW FEEs.
