I really am decided to resign in this kind of working environment for I am somewhat physically abused by my co-workers, they usually pound me for no reason though i someh what understand them for i for one do the same thing to them at times but what i really hate the most is that they tend to become plastic so that they could somewhat use or as we call it friends with benefits. Another reason also is that i am somewhat emotionally abused by our supervisor because there are times when she would smile at me but there are also times would become grumpy to me. I just can't bare this anymore had you have the same situation that i have? How did you manage to overcome this? Am i right to resign?

I have been bullied at the workplace before and I know how it feels like to be treated like that. It is true that nowadays it is rather difficult to find true friends at the workplace. Everybody seems to be too individualistic and they don't care much about others if there are no benefits for them. Well, you have already resigned so there is little to do in order to fight back for your rights. However I understand if you stay there and at the same time make a police report and inform your superior about it, you might be faced with a lot more trouble from your co-workers. They will hate you and if you are alone facing a whole bunch of co-workers it is pretty scary. I hope you will a new job soon. Good luck!

Well personally a lot of it really depends on what type of rules your Company has on things like this and how long you have been there. I am from the US and have been dealing with a lot of bad things myself where I work. But due to have been there for over 5 yrs. I am finding out a lot of the things they are trying to do and pull are not legal and so I have been filing complains against them. But if you have been there just a short time, or there are things going on where no one would really ever understand you probably did what was Best for you.

I think you should try to speak to them and let them know you do not like the way they treat. You should also consider speaking to some superiors about it. I think you should try all these before you decide on quitting. I don't know, you could even sue them if it becomes that serious. Wish you all the best.

Take it to court. It can only be solved in the court. Take down evidence by using handphone camera. And record down the abusing words. Never step back. Get back your rights.

hello, Ohh? that is really bad. I also hate this kind of situation because even I, I am also experiencing this though I am not working yet I am just a student. My teachers of mine and friends who usually look so weird sometimes when they need something. My Professor also act like your boss that sometimes she really good to you and smile at you but sometimes she just grumpy. And my friends they just called me when they need something that is really hurt from my feeling. For me they are not treating me as their real friends.
