Seems like everyday I hear..."Mom, I know"
I want to know when did they learn that..
Who thought them...
They don't know every thing..
How could they? and If I hear "Mom, I know" again
I am going to scream...
Is there a certain age when they figure out that "Mom"
does know more than them...and "Mom" is most always right..

Hi, ijkalka! I am right there with you. (I have 4 kids.) I admit that I was one of those kids that "knew everything". In my experience, and also with my friends, we learned that our moms actually knew what they were talking about (SHOCKING!! LOL) after we had kids of our own. I don't think that there is a specific "age" in which this happens. I think it comes with time and maturity. Good luck!! :)

hello,
everyone of us learned from our environment though our curious mind we always ask whey and what, how and where? I think this is natural to those kids specially in their toggle(6-7 years old if I am not mistaken) stage in which they keep on asking in all things that they didn't know. In that way they can say that they already know something. Which as they grow what you thought to them will apply to a certain situations. Just be calm and patient they will learned it little by little. alright?
good luck
