- House who I mean it was just great.
- Is it a new home or the home who's been a while
- With this question, I intend to not lose too much (repair?), So I can comfortably occupy the home page.
- I want to know the pitfalls in buying a home, especially those that will be much harm to a particular case.
- How to see certain sides, because my eyes are of course still lay, when I visited the house that will buy.

Buying a house is a big and important thing. But how to assess the quality of the house is beyong us the normal people. If you have a friend who happens to be familiar with real estate, you'd better ask him to check the house with you. If you don't have such a friend, here are some tips:
1. check the rank of the real estate developer and the construction unit.
2. check the flatness of the floor.
3. It is better if you can not hear the noisy in the next room.
4. Check the facilities.
Hope you can buy a wonderful house.
