In the morden world,life move fast than ever before,we must much presses every,so we spend no time exercising,our weight increase.it cause by diet,sleep and so on.if you want to lose your weight ,you should eat vegetable,exercise regular and sleep on time.you have to change your mind,your haethy is most important.

The thumb rule is multiply the height in feet by 10. This result in Kilograms should be the ideal weight. 160cm=5.24 feet. That means you should have a weight of 52±5 Kilograms.
If you think you have to reduce weight. Do regular aerobic exercises. Do not starve, have a balanced low calorie diet.
