How healthy way to lose weight? if the high of 160, how ideal weight?

Doing a healthy lifestyle with exercise, and changing diets. Expand to eat vegetables and fruit, reduce the foods containing high carbohydrate and fat, drink of water. Try not to use slimming obat2 unsupervised doctor.

In the morden world,life move fast than ever before,we must much presses every,so we spend no time exercising,our weight increase.it cause by diet,sleep and so on.if you want to lose your weight ,you should eat vegetable,exercise regular and sleep on time.you have to change your mind,your haethy is most important.

The thumb rule is multiply the height in feet by 10. This result in Kilograms should be the ideal weight. 160cm=5.24 feet. That means you should have a weight of 52±5 Kilograms. If you think you have to reduce weight. Do regular aerobic exercises. Do not starve, have a balanced low calorie diet.
