The following tips will help to manage stress/tension:
(a) Work off stress. Physical activity helps you to produce the body's own happy harmonsand contributes to feel-good factor.
(b) Learn to say 'No'. Be honest with yourself and othersabout what you can give in a given time.
(c) Talk to some one you really trust. Talking to friends can help solve the problem and reduces tress.
(d) Manage your time better.Develop a system that works for you, not against you.
(e) learn to prioritise. Give yourself passitive message and stop putting yourself down.
(f) Change a stessful situation . If shopping on a friday evening gets you down, look at another option,
(g) Learn to relax.Try going to cinema,listening to music or doing something you enjoy.
